About Your Instructor: Haley has spent the last year and a half exploring Seattle after growing up in Detroit, MI and studying exercise science and dietetics at the beautiful University of Mississippi. She has been working in the fitness and health industry for more than five years as a yoga & barre instructor, personal trainer, and - most recently - registered dietitian. She enjoys trying new restaurants, wine tasting, exploring the many fitness studios in the area, and being outside in the sunshine.
Class Description: Slow Flow is a one hour class focusing on deep stretching, mindful movement, and breath work. Build strength and open stiff joints through isometric holds of postures and stretches. Come in to spend some time with fluid movement and leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
